The hotel had amazing facilities, including a gym and beautiful grounds. The rooms were fresh and nicely decorated, and the hotel was located in a prime area with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
Though the hotel had great facilities and a convenient location, there were a few drawbacks. The staff could have been more welcoming and attentive, particularly on the concierge desk.

We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. The hotel was located close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore. The rooftop pool had stunning views of the city.
The room was not well soundproofed, as we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Additionally, the spa services were overpriced for the quality received.

Located in a lovely neighborhood near Serrano avenue, you can easily walk around the Salamanca area and explore the high-end shops of Calle Serrano just one block away. The hotel is also close enough to the major sights, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and walk-in showers. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast options may be limited, but the hotel offers a menu with hot food choices upon request.
Some guests have mentioned a lack of warmth and care from the staff, which may affect the overall experience.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the service is exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre provides an ideal space for relaxation. They have a stunning sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. I enjoyed a facial and massage at the Spa lounge, which was incredibly rejuvenating. the sun terrace and garden area are perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the room had many exclusive advantages like a private facility. the restaurant served the best continental breakfast with an in-room breakfast option. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
Although my stay was fantastic, the mini-fridge prices were excessive, including the almost 50 euros charge of two bottles of still water and juice, which was outrageous. It would have been better if the hotel provided free water bottles in the room.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel! The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with tasteful decorations and a stunning bathroom. It was also incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for us as we were seeking a peaceful getaway. The staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous, always ready to assist us with any reservations or requests we had. We also loved the surprise treats we received in our room every day, such as fruit, cheese, or beer. This added a special touch to our stay.
Although the hotel was not in the heart of the city, it was still relatively walk-able to the museums and other attractions. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks of 20-30 minutes to explore the city and soak in the sights.
